OVERVIEW

The Hydrants and Access Unit reviews hydrant placement and access to all sites and structures. The Fire Department evaluates the access via the existing and proposed public and private streets and fire lanes for adequate width, turn‑a‑rounds and turning radii, grade access points, parking restrictions, overhead clearances, load capacity, and secured entrances to improve response times.

What are the fire stations that would serve the Project including the address and distance to the Project Site, as well as an identification of the first-in and back-up station?

How will I know if the response times and distances for each fire station serving the Project Site meet the performance standards of the LAFD?
