• Locate your Assessor Parcel Number (APN)
• Your APN can be located either on your Owner Notification that was mailed to you in March, the Notice of Violation or your Property Tax Statement.
• Click on link vms3.lafd.org and register an account.
• Enter your APN in the “Check APN Status” box
• Click on Look-Up to view your parcel.

To View Secured Information regarding your annual brush inspection, GO GREEN, GO PAPERLESS. Register a Brush Clearance account. Simply use the APN and PIN located on the INDEX CARD provided with your Owner Notification. With a registered account: photos taken by the Inspector of brush hazards on your property are viewable, and having a registered account, you agree to receive all Brush Clearance Notifications (pass or fail) via email from the Los Angeles Fire Department Brush Clearance Unit (in real time).
