Open Flame (Except stages, platforms, and dressing rooms)
This permit is required for the use of open flames in specific situations outside of stage or performance settings. It applies to:
-The removal of paint from structures using open-flame devices.
-Burning conducted in connection with Group A (assembly) or Group E (educational) occupancies.
-The use of torches or other flame-producing devices within designated wildfire risk areas.
Applicants must demonstrate compliance with fire safety regulations and obtain approval prior to use.
